Users agree not to misuse the platform, share paid accounts, scrape content, or attempt unauthorized access.

All DealMama branding, software, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

DealMama's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
